No, you can only have one bundle active at a time. We will notify you when you are close to finishing your bundle so you can decide whether to pay per hour or buy another bundle.

Yes! The hours you purchase are not limited to a subject. You also do not have to decide all of the subjects when you register. You could purchase the Decagon (10 hours) plan and just sign up for Mathematics, then in two months request Biology and English tutors.

Whenever you'd like! We understand that some months are busier than others, and that plans always change. So, we don't require you to finish your hours within a certain time frame. You can use your hours any time throughout your IB.

It depends on which plan you choose. The Circle plan is designed to be robust yet flexible for your needs and therefore has no minimum or maximum hours. All other plans have a fixed number of hours. However, if you would like more, just let your account manager know and they'll sort it out for you!

It's up to you. We generally send a tutor proposal within 48 hours of speaking with you about your registration. Once you have accepted the tutor, you can begin whenever suits you and your tutor.

Our tutors are trained to deliver a seamless and constructive experience online. They will make use of online interactive whiteboards, graphing tools and video conferencing. As all of our classes run online, you can be anywhere in the world - all you need is a laptop, internet connection and the right attitude!

That's up to you and your tutor. Together you can decide how often you would like classes, you can always adjust your schedule particularly during exam or holiday periods.

With technology being as advanced as it is, you will need very little for tutoring. At the minimum you will need a computer and internet. If possible, we also recommend having a tablet or some additional writing device (e.g. iPad and Apple Pen). This will help enhance your interactivity and overall sessions.

Of course! We understand that a good relationship between student and tutor is important. To ensure your time with us is as smooth as possible, you can stay with your tutor subject to the tutor's availability.

Yes! You will automatically gain access to all of the resources provided to Ascientia students as well as those provided by your tutor. You will have access to these until you tell us to close your account.
