International Admin & Tutor Teams

At Ascientia, we understand what you're going through because our admin staff and tutors were once IB students too. The IB programme is already challenging on its own, but with everything going on in life, it can feel like an uphill battle. That's why we're here to support you every step of the way. We believe in providing you with personalised, reliable, and flexible IB support so that you can conquer any challenge that comes your way.

Who is it for?

IB 1 (Nov '24, May '25 & Nov '25)

"I used to be comfortable in school before the IB, but now we're covering so much so quickly, it's making me anxious."

Feeling overwhelmed by the IB? Don't worry, you're not alone! We hear this from many IB 1 students. But fear not, we've got your back. Working alongside your personal account manager, your tutor will create a tailored environment to suit your individual needs. As a successful IB alumni themselves, your tutor knows exactly how you're feeling and has the tips and tricks to help you succeed. Our support is designed to be both robust and flexible, enabling you to achieve your goals whilst also appreciating the holistic approach of the IB. By fostering critical thinking and engaging with the material, you'll not only excel in the IB, but also prepare yourself for life after it.

As part of our commitment to providing top-notch support, we offer students free premium access to Abaccus, a revolutionary interactive study app that lets you practice thousands of questions, generate worksheets, watch videos, play games and sit mock exams. With its progress tracking feature, you can fine-tune your studying and focus on areas where you need improvement. As an Ascientia student, you'll be supported both in and outside of the classroom.

Whether you're already in need of extra support or just considering it, we encourage you to reach out to us. We offer free consultation calls where our team can help you discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and formulate a customised approach tailored to your needs.

Got a lot to think about?

Don't worry, we're here for you!

In the IB, there's more to it than just passing the exams. These two years are full of difficult questions, long-term planning, and moments of uncertainty. Whether you have a clear idea of your academic or personal goals, we'd love to talk with you and see how we can support you in achieving them. If you're still unsure about what subjects to take, what to study at university, or whether you should take a gap year, we're here to help. While we can't provide all the answers or tell you what to do, we can offer a listening ear, answer your questions, and brainstorm ideas together. With both our administrative staff and tutors being IB alumni from diverse backgrounds, we can also share valuable advice and perspectives. Sometimes, the syllabus is the easy part of being an IB student. Balancing life, mastering exam techniques, and planning for the future can be the real challenge.
