Our IB Tutors
We believe that there is no substitute for experience and passion. Our tutor team consists of high-achieving IB graduates, holding or pursuing STEM related degrees at world renowned institutions including Oxford, Imperial, Technische Universität München, Brown and more. Having completed the IB themselves, our tutors not only bring a full understanding of the diploma programme, but also an appreciation of the IB's significance and preparation for higher education and the real world.
In addition, all our tutors are currently active academically and/or professionally in their respective teaching fields, meaning that they have a deeper and more complete understanding of their taught subjects. They also bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from internships at places such as the University of Tokyo and Max Planck Institute, to presenting at conferences in human genetics.
Our diverse and enthusiastic network reflects the holistic values and ethos of the IB. Coming from a range of backgrounds and pursuing different paths, our tutors are able to help provide you with the perfect academic and personal support as you navigate this important, and at times overwhelming, stage of life.
Our tutors will work closely with you to help consolidate concepts, understand how to approach questions and/or help you refine your exam technique. All tutors have access to a bank of IB style resources that they will provide you with.

Our Recruitment Process
- Initial Application Screening – We review all applications and only accept tutors that have excelled in the IB and are currently active academically or professionally in their tutoring subjects.
- Interview – We conduct an in-depth interview with candidates who successfully pass the initial screening to understand their personalities and abilities.
- Mock Tutoring Interview - We run a mock tutorial session with the tutor to ensure that they are competent communicators, and better understand their tutoring style so that we can find the best match for you.
- Training – We provide training and additional resources to ensure our tutors always stay up to date with the IB.
- Regular Monitoring – We ask for regular feedback from our tutors about the overall progress of their students and how we can better support them.
