Our crash course is a 1-on-1 programme that is completely customised to you, your schedule and needs. One week before your session begins, your tutor will reach out to confirm and book all of your 12 hours within the session's dates. You and your tutor will discuss which days and times you'd like to have class.

One week before your session begins, your assigned tutor will reach out to you. They will introduce themselves as well as confirm the material you'd like to cover and your timetable.

The scheduled end date is April, 18 2021. If you complete your 12 hours before this date, you will still receive weekly resources up to the session end date.

No problem! Your tutor will work closely with you to cover as much as you can within the allotted 12 hours. However, our tutors believe in quality over quantity. If you and/or them believe you need more than 12 hours, just send us an email at courses@ascientia.org. You'll become a regular Ascientia student and can book classes by the hour. Of course! We understand that a good relationship between student and tutor is important. To ensure your time with us is as smooth as possible, you can stay with your assigned crash course tutor subject to the tutor's availability.

Our tutors are trained to deliver a seamless and constructive experience online. They will make use of online interactive whiteboards, graphing tools and video conferencing. As all of our classes are run only online, you can be anywhere in the world - all you need is a laptop, internet connection and the right attitude!

With technology being as advanced as it is, you will need very little for the course. At the minimum you will need a computer and internet. If possible, we also recommend having a tablet or some additional writing device. This will help enhance session interactivity.

By attending the crash course, you will gain access to a wealth of IB past paper questions and various study materials. Your tutor will be able to share the resources appropriate for your needs.

Yes! Once you have joined Ascientia's crash course, you will automatically gain access to all of the resources provided to Ascientia students. You will have access to these until you tell us to close your account.

We use a secure third party Stripe^TM for all payments. You can use any currency to make this payment online. If you have further questions about payments, please email us at courses@ascientia.org.

We require a 50% deposit at registration. The remaining 50% will be billed half way through your session.

Nope! There are no additional fees, you only need to pay for the number of subjects you register for.

We understand that circumstances may change and you will no longer be able to make the crash course. If this is the case, simply email at least 1 week before your session start date to cancel your booking to receive a full refund. Unfortunately if you cancel within 1 week of your start date we will be unable to refund you the deposit. Regardless of when you cancel, you will not be charged the remaining 50%.
